How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order in one of the following cases:
Before you complete and verify your order through the online order process you can click the ‘back’ button and then remove the products from the shopping bag by clicking the ‘remove’ button.
If you have completed your order but it has not yet been dispatched you can send us a request to cancel it via fax at (++30) 2103216473 or email at info@terrajewellery.com.
How much is shipping cost?
Orders from Greece and the European Union
Terra jewellery offers its clients in Greece free shipping for all orders. We also offer free shipping for orders over 60€ for countries of the European Union. For orders under 60€, delivery costs are charged to you by Terra jewellery depending on your residence and the value of the purchase. The minimum delivery cost is 7€ and the maximum delivery cost is 25 euros for countries of the European Union.
Other Countries
Terra jewellery offers its clients free shipping for orders over 200 euros. For orders under 200 euros, delivery costs are charged to you by Terra jewellery depending on your residence and the value of the purchase. The minimum delivery cost is 20 euros.

ATTENTION
The shipping cost includes your order’s insurance expenses. (for the countries which accept the insurance of deliveries) Your order is delivered as registered mail. For non-E.U. countries clearance of the products carries extra costs, such as taxes and import duties which are charged to the recipient. Charges may vary, depending on the applicable taxes of each country. Our customer service department will inform you about the cost of your purchase via email.

Can I get a refund?
You have the right to return products purchased, without penalty and without justification, by contacting Terra jewellery e shop customer service strictly within 14 days from the date of receipt of products. The customer service will send you the withdrawal form which you should complete with your personal data and send it back via fax at 0030 2103216473 or email at info@terrajewellery.com In this case you are only charged with the direct cost of returning goods and the cost of sending the original to you. Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return are in the same condition as received, i.e. without having been unsealed or the packaging been violated and certainly not used, along with the invoice. In case of refund and depending on how you choose to pay for your order, the refund will be completed within 30 days from the date we receive the products. The refund will be made in the same way as the payment.
Can I exchange the products I received? How can I do that?
For the avoidance of your own suffering, it is advisable to check carefully, at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products and make sure their packaging is intact. Products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Terra jewellery will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. 
Can orders be delivered in a different address than my own?
Yes, we can deliver your orders in a different address from the one on your invoice, so we can send the products as gifts. Make sure to enter the right addresses-billing and shipping. On the confirmation page of your order, you can choose whether you want the same or different address. 
How can I pay for my order?
For your convenience, Terra jewellery suggests the following payment methods for your purchases:

When should I expect to receive my order?
Delivery time for Greece and European Union countries is estimated to 7-10 working days for the available products and 7-12 working days for special orders. Delivery time for all other countries (non EU) is estimated to 10-15working days for the

How do I know that my order has been received?
Upon entering your order, you will receive an automated, confirmation e-mail, which will provide you with all necessary information regarding your order. After your order has been processed and dispatched by Terra jewellery you will receive a second confirmation e-mail, containing useful information regarding dispatch and delivery
